Phil and his team not only built our first home, but when we decided to move, we called on them again to build our second home (and pool & pool house!!) because we had such a great experience the first time. Our two homes were very different styles, but Phil and his team knocked them both out of the park! They really can do anything, just ask! They built our basketball gym/workout facility that was beyond our expectations! Working with Phil and Shane made the homebuilding process so much less stressful than I imagined it would be. They were very organized, guided me step by step through the decision making processes, and every person that I worked with was completely professional and super helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with our home, pool and gym! If Phil is working on your home or project, it is going to get done the right way, no questions asked! We recently moved into a JP Nichols constructed home and love it! We have used Phil and his team for previous renovations and were always pleased with their attention to detail, communication and reliability. This work ethic shows in our new home! JP Nichols Construction has been an outstanding resource in helping us with 2 home projects. First, after replacing 2 arched windows, JP Nichols was able to advise us and replace the stone work around the windows. The second project involved an iron hand rail that had come loose. They were able to reinstall and repair any damaged stone work. Throughout both of these projects, Phil was excellent about staying in communication with us. We will absolutely use JP Nichols again for any future projects.

We have had the best experience with JP Nichols Construction. They have delivered in every imaginable way on what we discussed for our pool, deck, and landscaping project. They were very communicative throughout the process and overdelivered in execution and timeline. The experience went so well, we have already planned a second project on the interior of our home. Building a custom home is quite a project. There are infinite variables, many people involved, decisions to constantly be made, etc. After meeting with several builders in the area, we confidently chose JP Nichols Construction to do a ground up construction and could not have been happier with the process or result. Throughout the design and build, they both met and frequently exceeded our high expectations with quality work, fantastic communication, attention to detail, exceptional sub-contractors, and much more. Additionally, with any project of this nature, it is nearly impossible for everything to go perfectly as planned. This is where a truly great contractor shines. When any issue arose, it was handled professionally and with great integrity. I cannot write enough here to emphasize how highly our family thinks of Phil and his team. We are extremely grateful for the work they did to construct a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.

JP Nichols handled a major home renovation for us including adding a master wing and bonus rooms, gutting and replacing kitchen and all bathrooms, new awesome pantry, beautiful screened porch overlooking our new pool. Phil and team were outstanding to work with and very knowledgeable and detail oriented as well as using sub contractors who’ve been in the business for decades. Since we lived out of state during the build we counted on Phil and his young management team to keep us informed and make timely decisions which they did. They always treated us with respect and patience during a long and complex project. Outstanding company.
